About Me

I was born in a family of a Chinese master chef and raised on home-cooked, fresh, whole food. This early exposure to culinary excellence shaped my palate and instilled in me a profound appreciation for the art of cooking.

For two decades, I worked in a corporate career that took me across the globe. These travels expanded my culinary repertoire and knowledge of diverse cultures and flavours.

Eventually, I listened to my soul's yearning for a heart-centred, creative life. This transition led me to embrace the culinary gift the Universe blessed me with and channel it towards bringing natural well-being to London families by working as a private chef.

I was already shifting towards plant-based diet for health reason, when I learned about animals’ lives to become our food. I became a vegan on the same day. I further studied the nurturing power of plants and their impact on our bodies, minds, and souls. I have been inspired by the work of Dr. Tim Spector and Dr. Newman, delving into ancestral teachings and earning a holistic nutrition certificate.  “Sacred Season Vegan Cooking” naturally emerged from my heart.

Under my creative name, I am also developing my writing and teaching practice, helping people heal their self-worth and embody their inner light.

I am now embracing a simpler, more mindful life, guided by my purpose.
